We have become a go-to for local events

Our academy is now a first call for organizations that want real entertainment at their events. With demand climbing, we focus our availability on events that can compensate our team for the work behind every booking: the administrative coordination, the marketing, and the performance itself.

A real band, and real sound

Festival-quality student bands plus our full PA and engineer. You do not hire two vendors, you hire one.

We help fill the room

We promote your event to a community of local music families, alumni, and friends who follow what we do.

Open to the community

Registered 501(c)(3) non-profits get a community rate of $350, or $500 with our full sound. Every other event starts at $500, or $750 with our full PA and engineer.

The real cost of live entertainment

One booking. The band and the sound.

All three options below cover the same event: a three-hour performance. A party band plays the set. A sound company bills about six hours to load in, run the show, and break down. We bring both.

Booking a band and a sound company separately runs $5,500 and up. With us, one booking covers both, starting at $500.
We are honest about our draw: we are not a regional touring act. What we bring is festival-quality student bands, a full professional sound team, and a room full of families who follow what we do. Real entertainment, real value, and a real cause behind it.

Standard base is $500 (band + our backline) or $750 (band + our full PA and engineer), for one band, 2 to 3 hours, audience up to about 500. Registered 501(c)(3) non-profits qualify for the community rate below.

Student bands with our own backline (guitar amps, keyboard, drum kit). Sound handled by your team or a third party.

Everything above, plus our full PA and engineer. Close to break-even for us.
All rates cover 2 to 3 hours of performance within a 5-hour on-site window. Longer sets add $75/hour; crowds over ~500 and travel beyond 30 miles are quoted as needed.
