Baton Rouge Music Studios LLC ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices about that information.
Information We Collect
When you register for lessons, classes, camps, or other services, we may collect: your name, the student's name and age, contact information (email, phone, mailing address), payment information (handled securely through our processors), and information you choose to share with us about lesson preferences or scheduling.
## How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: provide and manage music education services; communicate about lessons, schedules, billing, and studio updates; process payments; respond to inquiries; and improve our services.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate (such as our scheduling platform, payment processor, and SMS provider), and only as necessary to deliver services to you.
Mobile opt-in information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
SMS Messaging
If you opt in to SMS, we send informational messages such as appointment reminders, schedule changes, and account notifications. To opt in, text START to (225) 769-6225 or check the SMS opt-in box during registration. To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact contact@brmusicstudios.com. Message and data rates may apply.
Your Choices
You may opt out of marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. You may opt out of SMS by replying STOP. You may request access to or correction of your personal information by contacting us.
Children's Privacy
Many of our students are minors. We collect minor student information from parents or guardians during registration. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13 outside the parent/guardian relationship.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect any changes.
