Co-Op

Part of BRMS Creative functions as a Co-Op for local amateur and professional creatives to have an affordable space to, well, be creative!

  • By-the-hour rentals are available for using the space.

  • 3 room recording studio with professional grade windows and wiring. Bring your own engineer or select one of our partners for hire.

  • Limited access to BRMS’ professional recording and video gear.

  • Clean white and green screen backgrounds in a video/photo studio.

  • Spacious workshop room with flatscreen monitor and 40 chairs for you to host a fantastic event.

Academy

Part of BRMS Creative functions as an academy for inspiring creative of all ages to learn the skills to play an instrument, write songs, record, and more.

  • Music lessons in voice, piano, guitar, bass, and drums.

  • Songwriting mentorship, and bringing your songs to life through recording and live performance.

  • Musical theater projects from the studio to the stage.

  • Lessons on recording basics (some hands-on projects too!)

  • Projects in voiceover and podcasting for fun and for real world scenarios.

  • Workshops on all things creative, from basic skills to paths leading to professional work and entrepreneurship in the creative field.

All rooms are designed to be multi-functional. Furniture and equipment can be moved around, customized to your project or event. We have 30 chairs for your meeting or workshop. We have limited recording hardware & software, as well as microphones for your instruments and voice.
