Spots drop off the list the moment they sell. The map below shows the layout; whatever is still selectable at checkout is what is open.

Arrival + Setup
Pull up to the front of the building on Government Street. We share the front parking lot with Red Stick Reads, and it officially clears for vendor setup at 4:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, that is fine, just expect customer parking to be in the way until then.
Team members from Red Stick Reads and BRMS will be on-site directing traffic. Yellow tents aim for 4:00 PM, blue tents for 4:30 PM (see the map).
After You Drop Off
Get to the lot around your load-in time, unload, then move your vehicle. Best bets are the side streets around the neighborhood and the open lot on the other side of Red Stick Reads, first come first served. You will find a spot. Everyone always does.
What We Provide
We provide limited power and extension cords routed to each tent. If your business needs more than a basic light and card reader (for example heat or compressors), reply to the logistics email so we can plan for it.
What to Bring
- Your 10x10 tent (with weights! the lot is open and a light breeze will flip an unweighted tent)
- Tables, chairs, your display
- Inventory plus change and a card reader
- Lighting for the evening (it is dark by about 5:15 PM in November, so bring white string lights to plug into the power we provide at each tent)
- A layer for the cool November air, and a great attitude for an awesome night :)
Live on the Underdog Stage
We run a full music schedule at our stage all night, with BRMS students and bands performing back to back. Plenty of music to keep your customers around longer. The full lineup will be posted here closer to the event.
Vendor Map & Load-In Times
Yellow tents (Spots 9 to 18) arrive at 4:00 PM. Blue tents (Spots 1 to 8 and 19 to 24) arrive at 4:30 PM.
This is your goal, not a requirement. If you cannot make your time and tents are blocking the lot, park on the street and we will help you load in from there.
